Microsoft Shareholders Sue Over Allegedly Overhyped AI Performance and Hidden Cloud Slump

Microsoft is facing a class action lawsuit from shareholders accusing the company of defrauding investors by overhyping its AI products and hiding weaknesses in its cloud business. The complaint was filed in federal court in Seattle by the City of St. Clair Shores Police and Fire Retirement System, based in Michigan.
