Banking faces the challenge of bringing AI to production with solid governance and data

Babel has released the results of the report Babel Banking Radar: Agentic Financial Crime, in collaboration with Digit Institute, whose conclusion is that the main challenge of AI in banking is no longer access to technology, but its real implementation in production with control, traceability and governance. The report highlights that many entities are still in the testing phase, while cybercriminals are already using advanced automation to sophisticate fraud.
