Claude Max Customer Sues Anthropic Over Usage Limits

Anthropic was hit with a proposed class-action lawsuit alleging that customers of its Claude Max 5x and Max 20x plans received significantly less usage than they expected, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday (June 15).
