New York advances bill requiring monthly sports betting account statements

A proposal that would require online sports betting companies in New York to send detailed monthly account statements to customers has now cleared both chambers of the state Legislature. Assemblymember Rebecca Kassay introduced Assembly Bill A10329 on February 20, 2026. After its introduction, the measure was sent to the Assembly Committee on Racing and Wagering for review before moving through the legislative process.
