AI won’t fix tech talent gaps — but YOU can

Every CIO I talk to — and I talk to a lot of them — agrees that skills-first hiring makes sense. And with AI now embedded in nearly every stage of the hiring process, from resume screening to candidate matching, many assume the technology will finally make it happen at scale. AI can accelerate hiring decisions, but it can’t fix the underlying systems that power those decisions.
