Minecraft-streaming gran swatted while raising cash for grandson's cancer care

An 82-year-old grandmother who livestreams her Minecraft gameplay to raise money for her grandson's cancer treatment faced a potentially deadly swatting attempt this week. "Dozens" of armed police officers stormed the home of Sue Jacquot, known online as GrammaCrackers, on May 18 while she was sleeping. Officers were responding to a swatting threat – common hoaxes called in by viewers of livestreams.
