Only 2 out of 10 Spanish companies would have a workforce truly prepared to adapt to AI

Artificial intelligence (AI) is advancing fast, very fast. So much so that many teams do not have sufficient capacity to prepare their teams, according to the report The human premium: leadership beyond the algorithm by Business Leaders, prepared by the Adecco Group. And, although most companies are already exploring how to incorporate AI into their daily activities, there are still significant gaps in training, communication and talent development.
