Mistral acquires Austria's Emmi AI

Europe’s leading AI firm has acquired an Austrian AI startup, in an effort to build out its offering for aerospace, automotive and industrial businesses across Europe. France’s Mistral has acquired Emmi AI, marking its second acquisition, for an undisclosed sum. Emmi AI, founded in 2024 and which last year raised Austria's largest-ever seed round, builds AI models that help industrial companies speed up engineering workflows and product design cycles.
