Fiserv and OpenAI Bring Frontier AI to Banks

Fiserv has announced an agentic artificial intelligence (AI) operating system designed for banking and a collaboration with OpenAI to put frontier AI to work for financial institutions. The new operating system, agentOS , is designed to help financial institutions deploy, manage and scale AI agents across their workflows. agentOS is running in beta with two financial institutions and is expected to be widely available by August, Fiserv said in a Thursday (May 14) press release .
