SAP admits slow uptake of its AI proposals

At its Sapphire 2025 event last year, SAP made bold promises regarding artificial intelligence: Knowledge Graph, Joule Studio and AI Agent Hub, according to what it said at the time, would hit the market at the end of the year. Although those tools are now technically available, their adoption has been delayed. What's more, SAP is already announcing version 2.0.
