Dayforce puts its HR and payroll data inside Anthropic’s Claude

Dayforce is bringing its HR, payroll and scheduling data into Anthropic’s Claude. A new Dayforce connector lets customers ask questions about their workforce in plain language inside Claude and take supported actions, the HR software company said on Tuesday. Those actions include approving requests, filling open shifts, submitting time off and engaging candidates.
