Protectt.ai To Acquire Controlling Stake In Bosch’s AIShield

AI-native cybersecurity startup Protectt.ai plans to acquire a controlling stake in AIShield, an AI security platform incubated within Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW). Bosch will retain a minority stake in AIShield following the transaction. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Protectt.ai will acquire the stake through a deal comprising primary and secondary components.
