Freedom Holding is developing a $2bn sovereign AI hub in Kazakhstan

is developing the $2bn hub under an agreement signed in November 2025 with Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, the Nasdaq-listed group said in a statement on Monday. The site is planned with 100MW of available power. Freedom is the main financing and delivery partner and will run the hub.
