Summit Africa exits Custom Capital Finance

South African fund manager Summit Afr ica has successfully exited its investment in Custom Capital Finance , disposing of its 51% stake to a consortium led by SAAD Investment Holdings. The transaction marks the end of Summit Africa’s private equity investment in the business, which was made through the Summit Private Equity Fund I in November 2022 alongside the company’s founders and management team. Custom Capital Finance specializes in providing rental finance solutions to small, medium, and m
