Cognizant to acquire DyFlex Solutions to expand AI and SAP capabilities in ANZ

Cognizant has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Australia-based DyFlex Solutions, aiming to combine its regional SAP expertise with Cognizant’s artificial intelligence capabilities and global delivery network. The proposed deal is expected to help enterprises in Australia and New Zealand modernise SAP systems and move AI projects into production. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.
