Salesforce to Acquire Braze for $5.66 Bn to Strengthen AI Customer Marketing

Salesforce has agreed to acquire customer engagement platform Braze for approximately $5.66 billion, as the company looks to expand its marketing capabilities with real-time customer data and AI-powered personalisation. Under the terms of the agreement, Braze Class A shareholders will receive $47.50 per share in cash. The transaction is expected to close in Salesforce’s FY28.
