Scaled Cognition targets customer service with low-cost voice model

Enterprise customer service vendor Scaled Cognition Inc. is introducing a text-to-speech model today that it says provides more accurate pronunciation of account numbers, addresses and other details at a lower cost than competing services. The product, called Voice, is available through an application programming interface or for self-hosted deployment.
