CapitaLand to invest ₹1,940 crore in Chennai data centre, targets 2026 completion

CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) plans to invest approximately ₹1,940 crore in a new data centre in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with the facility expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The development will have 53 MW of gross power capacity and marks the trust’s first data centre project in the state. Named CapitaLand Data Centre Chennai 01, the facility is located in Ambattur, an established data centre corridor in Chennai.
