Acting Navy Secretary Hung Cao appointed Christopher Miller on Oct. 13 to lead the Navy’s robotic and autonomous systems acquisition portfolio, bringing previously fragmented efforts under a unified structure aimed at accelerating the delivery of new capabilities to the fleet.
