Googlebook OS Magisk demo shows root access could be much easier than first thought

Credit: Richard Priday / Android Authority TL;DR Magisk developer John Wu shared a video demonstrating full root access on Googlebook OS, seemingly without requiring host-machine tethering or specialized debug cables. Previously, there were concerns that rooting Googlebooks could need specialized debug cables to connect to host machines. Googlebook OS also broke Magisk’s single-primary-user assumptions, so a fix was in the works.
