Nokia to Sell Enterprise Campus Edge Business to AURELIUS, Covering Nearly 900 Private Wireless Customers

Nokia has signed a definitive agreement for the proposed sale of its Enterprise Campus Edge (ECE) business to AURELIUS, placing a private wireless and industrial edge technology operation serving nearly 900 customers worldwide under new ownership.
