Qualcomm Sells Shadowfax Shares Worth ₹157 Cr In Bulk Deal

Early backer Qualcomm Ventures has sold 57.1 Lakh shares of listed logistics company Shadowfax via an open-market transaction for ₹157.3 Cr. According to BSE data, the chipmaker, via its affiliate Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte Limited, sold the shares at ₹275.3 apiece to rake in the amount. This represented a discount of 6.6% against the stock’s last closing price on Monday.
