Peak XV Sells Awfis Shares Via ₹30 Cr Bulk Deal

Early backer Peak XV Partners has sold 12.2 Lakh shares of coworking space provider Awfis in a bulk deal worth ₹29.8 Cr. According to NSE data, the VC giant, via its affiliate entity Peak XV Partners Investment V, offloaded the shares at ₹245 apiece to rake in the amount. The investor sold the shares at a discount of 0.9% to the stock’s last closing price on Friday.
