Microsoft and Adobe hit with green-card suspensions as Vance accuses tech firms of sidelining American workers

The suspension targets the Permanent Labor Certification program, better known as PERM. Adobe, Cognizant, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, HCL Technologies, and Capgemini are also affected. Labor Secretary Keith Sonderling said officials would stop accepting new applications and processing pending ones from the companies.
