Apple, Prosser, and Ramacciotti trade blame over delays in trade secret lawsuit

In a joint status report made public earlier today, Apple said it is still waiting on additional documents from Jon Prosser and wants to depose Michael Ramacciotti again, while both defendants pushed back on the company’s handling of the case.
