CAMTEL and MINESEC Sign Deal to Expand Digital Education Across Northern Cameroon

Cameroon Telecommunications (CAMTEL) and the Ministry of Secondary Education (MINESEC) have signed a framework agreement to strengthen digital education through the interconnection of 130 schools across Cameroon’s Adamawa, North and Far North regions. The agreement was signed on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at the Distance Learning Centre in Yaoundé. It will see CAMTEL provide network expertise and connectivity to help teachers and students access digital learning resources and distance education
