Kenya and UK Strengthen Cybersecurity Partnership to Protect Digital Economy

Kenya and the United Kingdom are strengthening their cybersecurity cooperation as both countries explore ways to protect Kenya’s growing digital economy and critical digital infrastructure. The discussions took place during a visit to Kenya by Ollie Whitehouse, Chief Technology Officer at the UK National Cyber Security Centre, who met with Ambassador Philip Thigo, Kenya’s Special Envoy on Technology to the President. The engagement builds on the existing UK–Kenya Strategic Partnership.
