When John Doe orders go beyond piracy, who decides what gets taken down?

Three days after the suit was filed, on April 28, 2026, the Delhi High Court restrained two YouTube channels, TechWiser and TechBar, from publishing material that disparaged AI+ Smartphones and its founder Madhav Sheth. They extended the restraint to “unknown parties” on YouTube or any other platform. This order was passed by Justice Tushar Rao Gedela in CS(COMM) 429/2026 and it recorded that parts of the videos read as fair criticism of the phone.
