Gabon Begins Validation of Digital Transformation Legal Framework

Gabon has begun validating draft legal texts aimed at strengthening the regulatory framework supporting the country’s digital transformation. The validation process started on October 1, 2026, in Nkok and is expected to run for about ten days. It brings together stakeholders from relevant sectoral administrations to review and consolidate proposals before they are submitted to the competent authorities.
