TakeMe2Space sets October 2 launch for AI computing in orbit

The Hyderabad-based space-tech startup is scheduled to launch its 14 kg MOI-1A satellite aboard SpaceX’s Transporter-18 rideshare mission on October 2. Instead of simply collecting data and sending it back, the satellite is designed to let customers run Artificial Intelligence (AI) models on Earth-observation imagery while it is still in orbit. That changes the role of the satellite.
