Information Overload Is an Invisibility Cloak

I just realized that information overload provides an invisibility cloak. The more that is happening in the world, and the more significant those things are, the less time people will have to be outraged about any particular thing. This is really bad because it will be possible to do extraordinarily heinous acts that will blow over within a couple of days because the next 750 heinous acts will have been done by then.
