MediaNama comments at TRAI OHD on Network Slicing and Net Neutrality

The following is the verbatim transcript of my comments on Net Neutrality and Network Slicing at the TRAI Open House Discussion on Quality of Services, where Network Slicing is being discussed: My name is Nikhil Pahwa. I’m the founder and editor of MediaNama.
