Cofounder Upasana Taku Picks Up 1.1 Lakh MobiKwik Shares

MobiKwik cofounder and chief financial officer (CFO) Upasana Taku has picked up 1.07 Lakh shares of the listed fintech company via multiple open-market transactions. In a filing with the exchanges, the company said that Taku picked up the stake in two separate tranches of 55,000 and 52,000 shares. She lapped up the shares for a cumulative sum of ₹2.1 Cr.
