Nigerian Developer Turns Lagos Danfo Into Viral Game

A Nigerian developer has turned one of Lagos’ most recognisable experiences — the chaotic danfo commute — into a playable browser game that has quickly attracted thousands of players. The game, called Lagos Run , was built by independent developer Opeyemi Adeniran , who goes by “Eureka” on X. Within two days of its launch, more than 7,000 people had reportedly played the game, turning what began as a spare-time project into one of the latest viral Nigerian gaming stories online.
