Infra Impact Investment Managers commits to Roggeveld equity deal

The Local Community Trust Debt Fund, operating under the management of South Africa-based Infra Impact Investment Managers , has successfully structured and provided a long-dated equity funding solution to H1 Roggeveld Wind. This investment vehicle holds H1 Holdings’ ownership stake in the 147 MW Roggeveld Wind Farm. Third Way Investment Partners , an existing investor in the Local Community Trust Debt Fund, joined the transaction as a strategic co-investor.
