PCC to Investigate inDrive Over Driver Complaints

The Public Complaints Commission (PCC) is set to investigate inDrive following a complaint from about 2,000 drivers who allege that the ride-hailing company has engaged in unfair and exploitative practices. The investigation follows a petition submitted by drivers under the Nigerian Drivers Liberation Movement, led by Samson Aghedo. The PCC has invited inDrive to a Case Conference on October 5, 2026, at its Lagos office.
