Google Translate could soon auto-save transcripts of your Live conversations, but not on Android XR

TL;DR Google Translate is testing an “Auto-save transcript” toggle in Live Translate settings for mobile users. Transcript saving will be completely disabled when smart glasses are connected and in use to protect privacy. Users will be able to use voice commands to start translation on smart glasses, while a swipe on the touchpad will end the session.
