Delhi HC orders Meta to remove explicit AI deepfakes of woman with PM Modi

The Delhi High Court directed Meta to immediately remove morphed, AI-generated explicit images of a woman with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, allegedly created and circulated by activists of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), and ordered police protection for the unnamed woman, according to court proceedings reported by Bar and Bench . Justice Girish Kathpalia took up the urgent criminal writ petition, which accused CJP activists Saurav Das, Abhijeet Dipke, Ashutosh Ranka and Ratna Singh of morphin
