Delhi HC to clarify personality rights through Janhvi Kapoor, Aaradhya Bachchan and Vivek Oberoi suits

“I want to chip off what I consider is not personality right. Whatever remains, remains,” Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani of the Delhi High Court said on September 28, according to Bar & Bench . The Delhi High Court will hear three personality rights suits together to decide what the right covers .
