A.P. Moller Capital exits Nigerian CNG firm Powergas in sale to Ardova-led consortium

Moller Capital has agreed to divest its investment in Nigerian compressed natural gas (CNG) operator Powergas, selling the business to a consortium led by integrated energy firm Ardova and featuring Diadem Energy. The acquisition encompasses both Powergas Global Investments Nigeria Limited and Powergas Ebedei Limited (PEL). The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026, pending customary regulatory and third-party approvals.
