China accounted for 59% of global industrial-robot installations in 2025

China installed 354,000 industrial robots in 2025, up 20% year on year and accounting for 59% of global installations, according to the International Federation of Robotics. China remained the world’s largest industrial-robot market for a second consecutive year. The global operational stock reached 5 million industrial robots in 2025, up 9%, while annual installations exceeded 600,000 units.
