A91 Partners, Xponentia Sell SEDEMAC Shares Via ₹1,456.4 Cr Bulk Deals

Shortly after the IPO lock-in expiry, SEDEMAC’s institutional investors A91 Partners, Xponentia, NJRN Family Trust and Mace Pvt Ltd have cumulatively offloaded shares worth ₹1,456.38 Cr via multiple bulk deals today. As per NSE data, A91 Partners, via holding entity A91 Emerging Fund II LLP, sold 16.10 Lakh shares of SEDEMAC at an average price of ₹3,010 apiece, netting ₹484.9 Cr. Xponentia sold 16.85 Lakh shares across three bulk deals to rake in ₹507.4 Cr.
