iPhone buyers in the United States can file claims for a share of the $250 million class action settlement over Apple 's promotion of Siri's Apple Intelligence features, with payments of up to $95 per eligible phone. The settlement covers certain iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 models bought between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025, and the deadline to submit a claim is December 21. Apple agreed to the settlement in May.
