More Qualcomm-Apple patent dispute details emerge

More details about the patent case heard by a court in the eastern Chinese city of Fuzhou between American Qualcomm and Apple proceeded in China are emerging above the water. According to an exclusive civil order Chinese media Yicai (in Chinese) acquired from a Fuzhou court which is in charge of the lawsuit, Qualcomm sued four sub-companies including Apple’s PC trading and business branches in Beijing, Shanghai, and Fuzhou. According to the official document, the case was set up on November 15,
