Blame this Google Maps Android Auto bug for your next speeding ticket

TL;DR Multiple users have reported that Google Maps’ speedometer is switching from MPH to KPH (or vice versa). The issue seems to primarily affect Android Auto, but at least one user reports a similar experience on the mobile app. It’s not currently clear why this is happening or how widespread the issue is.
