BHIM MyUPI brings 9 UPI services into one AI assistant

UPI support is getting a chat window. BHIM MyUPI, launched by NPCI BHIM Services Limited, brings nine UPI-related services into an AI-powered assistant within the BHIM Payments App. Launched at Global Fintech Fest 2026, MyUPI offers 24/7 assistance in everyday language, allowing users to check transactions, raise complaints, manage mandates and access safety tools without moving between multiple screens or support channels.
