MTN Uganda Foundation Graduates 201 Young People in Digital and Vocational Skills

Uganda’s MTN Foundation, in partnership with Smart Girls Foundation Uganda, has celebrated the graduation of 201 young people who completed digital and vocational training programmes aimed at improving employment opportunities, entrepreneurship and economic independence. The graduating cohort included 183 participants from the Girls in Tech programme, while 18 young people completed vocational training in areas including electrical installation, plumbing, motor vehicle mechanics and tailoring.
