Manoj Bajpayee moves Delhi High Court for his personality rights: What does the petition argue?

Actor Manoj Bajpayee has approached the Delhi High Court seeking protection against what he alleges is the unauthorised commercial exploitation of his name, image, likeness, voice and other attributes of his persona . The suit identifies several forms of alleged misuse, ranging from merchandise and purported endorsements to AI-generated images and voice cloning. It also raises claims of passing off, copyright infringement, infringement of performers’ rights and tarnishment.
