T-Mobile customers could soon experience much better 5G even outside the US

TL;DR T-Mobile and Jio have achieved the world’s first 5G standalone roaming connection. It could enable seamless transfers between the two carriers’ networks when roaming. 5G standalone roaming could also enable better enterprise and AI applications.
