Alibaba reportedly testing QwenBook as a tablet-like agent computer

Alibaba Cloud’s Wuying team is developing QwenBook, an AI device shaped more like a tablet and designed around native agent functions, DoNews, citing LatePost, reported. The team is defining the product and hardware in-house while bringing Wuying’s cloud-computer and device-cloud capabilities into the project. The early-stage prototype is aimed at office work and currently connects to Qwen3.8-Max and Qwen3.8-Flash.
